Refund policy

 

At Champ, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items approved for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or normal wear and tear are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer or GCash for Cash-on-Delivery orders) within 7–14 business days. Sale, promotional, and customized items are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
